What size paw cleaner should I get?

We offer Small (for dogs up to ~15kg) and Large (for dogs over 15kg). If your dog is in between, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Does the AirTag collar holder include an AirTag?

No, the AirTag is not included. The holder is compatible with Apple AirTags, which are sold separately.

Is the pet backpack carrier airline approved?

Yes! It meets most major airline size requirements for under-seat in-cabin travel. We always recommend confirming with your specific airline before flying.

Are the poop bags biodegradable?

Yes, our Heavy Dootie bags are made from cornstarch and are eco-friendly and biodegradable.
