We want you and your dog to be completely happy with every TrailPaw purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or are not in original condition
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
